Services
Hi! Welcome to Thai Massage Vermont, I’m Catie and this is my practice. I offer sessions beginning at 90 minutes. I choose to practice massage at a slower, intentional pace. This enables me to provide a deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage session. This longer session gives your body and mind time to relax. I am also able to thoughtfully address issues you may be having, or any I discover during your session.
There is no up-charge for deeper pressure, hot stones, essential oils, steamed towels, or other massage modalities that might be helpful for you during your session with me. While there are a lot of variables which can be adjusted, the natural pressure I use during massage, is medium to firm. We will have a conversation at the start of each session and you are free to decide what you would like or what might work for you that day.
Therapeutic Thai Massage
Thai massage is a branch of Traditional Thai Medicine. This healing art moves your body through a series of passive graduated stretches, joint range of motion, rhythmic muscle compressions, thumbing and palm pressing along sen or “energy” lines of the body. Thai massage can be modified to meet your body where it is. Massage is performed on a comfy mat on the floor, loose comfortable clothing is worn.
Pressure is medium to firm.

Good for those who have one or two problem areas. A great place to start!

Two hours is my recommendation for any body work with me. This length of time allows me to work with intention and gives you time to relax and unwind. Great for those with multiple areas of concern, or pain points.
The Synergist
A Combination of Table Massage and Thai Massage in one Session
Each Synergist sessions combines a Therapeutic Thai massage session followed by a relaxing 30 minute table massage. We begin with a traditional Thai massage bringing your body through a series of relaxing stretches, using compressions, hot stones, and essential oils.
Followed by a relaxing table massage using slow deep massage strokes while incorporating hot stones, steamed towels, warm jojoba oil and essential oils. Yup!! It’s good!
The table portion of your session is an upper body massage focused on the back, head, neck and shoulders.
This is session is great for those who would like to experience both therapeutic massage modalities in one session.
Pressure is medium to firm.
There is time in between sessions to allow you to change. Please plan on adding an additional 20 minutes to your appointment time.
